Insurance Claims
Navigating insurance claims can be a headache, especially if you don’t deal with them every day. Insurance companies will take advantage of you if given a chance. We know how to negotiate with them and will handle them for you. If they need to inspect your vehicle, they can even come to our shop and do it here. Additionally, we can help get you set up with a rental.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We offer a limited lifetime warranty. As long as you own your car, anything we have worked on is covered except wearable items such as suspension parts, tires, and the battery. We also offer on-the-spot estimates to help get you back on the road fast.
Continuing Education
In addition to investing in the latest equipment and technology, all of our technicians receive continuing education classes during the year through I-CAR. This way, we stay up to date and can ensure that your vehicle is being repaired to the highest degree. We also use laser measuring on vehicle bodies and frames both before and after repairs to ensure accuracy.
Repaired to Manufacturer Standards
We repair your vehicle to the manufacturer’s standards, not those of the insurance company. This means we prefer to use genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. You are not required to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal. You can get one or as many as you’d like and go to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. See the repair standards here.
