Always Evolving to Provide Excellent Service

About
Sioux Body Shop

George Tsiobanos founded Sioux Body Shop in 1991. He began with just a painter and himself before gaining a small group of dedicated staff. In 1995, our manager Chris Margellos joined the shop, and in 2001, the second generation of Tsiobanos’ began when George’s son Costa joined. Being a family-owned and operated business, Sioux Body Shop takes extra care of its customers. We go the extra mile to ensure your and your family’s safety because that’s how we would want the service to be for our family.

More than 30 years later, the shop continues to grow in size, manpower, and technology. We are proud to stay up to date on our equipment and employee knowledge.

FAQs

Should I try to repair my vehicle myself?

Your car is the second largest investment you are likely to make behind your home. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.

Can I still drive my car even though it is damaged?

We recommend you do not drive a car where the doors cannot open or where the lights are broken out.

Do I need to have my vehicle repaired where my insurance company suggests?

You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you or steer you to a particular shop.

What qualifications should I look for in a repair shop?

Choose a shop with uni-body repair equipment and certified technicians. Our shop utilizes the latest technology, and our technicians are I-CAR trained.

What type of parts are best for my repair?

There are many options available, but we prefer to use genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts. This ensures your vehicle is repaired to the manufacturer’s standards, not the insurance companies.

What kind of guarantee should I expect?

A reputable shop will always guarantee its work. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all the work we do on your vehicle.

Do I need to get multiple repair estimates?

No law requires you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal. However, you may get as many as you’d like.

My insurance company has a claim center. Do I need to take my vehicle there?

Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before repairing your car. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect the car here.

Is it normal to have repair estimates be different?

Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re unsure why one estimate differs from another, please ask us.

Can you help me deal with my insurance company?

Yes, we can help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.

Call us to get in touch or stop in for an estimate. No appointment necessary!
