Choose a shop that has uni-body repair equipment and certified technicians. Our shop utilizes the latest technology and our technicians are I-CAR trained.

 

What type of parts are best for my repair?

There are a lot of options available, but we prefer to use genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts. This ensures your vehicle is repaired to the manufacturer’s standards, not the insurance companies.

 

What kind of guarantee should I expect?

A reputable shop will always guarantee its work. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all the work we do on your vehicle.

 

Service Beyond The Repair

 

Do I need to get multiple repair estimates?

There is no law that requires you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.

 

My insurance company has a claim center. Do I need to take my vehicle there?

Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect the car here.

 

Is it normal to have repair estimates be different?

Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another, please ask us.
